For non-standard customized products, joint inspection and acceptance are conducted with customers. It is particularly noteworthy that for vacuum chambers, all seams, welds, and flange connections undergo rigorous visual inspection and helium mass spectrometer leak detection testing. The entire system is also subjected to leak rate testing, with a system leak rate better than 8.0×10⁻⁸ Pa·L/S.

Weiyi Vacuum practices the principle of "service first, sales second" and commits to providing a warranty service of no less than 12 months for products sold by the company (extended warranty services can be provided upon customer request). Repairs for equipment within the warranty period are free of charge. Beyond the warranty period, lifelong services are offered. For operational issues, the company provides solutions within 2 hours of receiving fault notifications. For equipment failures, technical personnel will arrive on-site within 12 hours for Beijing areas and within 48 hours for other regions after receiving fault notifications.
